What do we use the data for?

When you subscribe to the newsletter or are a customer with us, your data will be used to send you the digital newsletter. We ask your name to personalize the salutation of the newsletter.

Other collected data may be used to selectively send you information (e.g., only information relevant to your country, company, sector or an event you have participated in).

If you are not yet a customer, we process your data insofar as you have given us permission to use or send the newsletter. If you are already a customer, we will send you a newsletter based on the company’s legitimate commercial interest in sending its customers the most current travel offers.

How long do we store your data?

Your data will be retained for these purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of each newsletter.

With whom do we share your data?

We use an external email program (MailChimp) to send the newsletter.
